Plan Policy / Terms and Conditions Tarot Readings Rescheduling Policy: • If you need to reschedule your tarot reading, please be aware that a new session will be booked as soon as an available slot opens. Cancellation Policy: • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, you will receive a 50% refund of the session’s value. • If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the session, you will receive a 75% refund of the session’s value. • Tarot Express and Card of the Day services are non-refundable. Magic Spells and Personalized Ritual Services Pricing and Cancellation Policy: • The price for Magic Spells and Personalized Ritual Services includes only the first session. Any additional sessions or services will incur extra costs. Gift Cards * All gift card purchases from The Oracle’s Apothecary are non-refundable. Gift cards are intended to be used for our services and products and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
